About us
Our history
MG Verktyg
MG Verktyg AB was founded 1997.
The first years we were located at Ovädersgatan in Hisingen, but in 2009 we moved to our own premises at Knipplagatan 8, Kungstens Industrial Area with a shop, warehouse and office.
At the turn of the year 2020, we acquired Maxtool AB in Eskilstuna. The acquisition of Maxtool, which was in the same target market as MG Verktyg, meant that we could spread our wings even more, so that we can continue with our great commitment to the future of the engineering industry!
MG Verktyg focuses on high quality cutting tools, grinding materials and measuring tools. We cooperate with several tool suppliers in Sweden, Europe and the USA. We have a wide range and delivery can take place directly to you as a customer to shorten lead times.
We also have over 3,000 items in stock on site in our store.
The staff at MG Verktyg has extensive industry knowledge and solid competence in the field. All have previously worked in production or in the engineering industry in various capacities.
Our knowledgeable staff, who together have approx. 100 years of industry experience, will be happy to help guide you in the right direction in our large range of tools. If you need a special tool for your production – just call, email or visit our store in Gothenburg at Knipplagatan 8.
Welcome!
